Kris’s primary, though not exclusive, coaching focus is on spiritual or metaphysical topics, which she refers to as “upper-level.” She believes that cultivating upper-level integrity positively influences every area of your life.

Free 15-Minute Chat

Since coaching relies on rapport between coach and client, you can chat on the phone with Kris to determine if she would be a good fit for you. The free chat is where you ask any coaching-related questions before scheduling an appointment.

Single Session

A Single Session places specific focus on a change in behavior, attitude, ability, or a value that contributes to your identity. Coaching will follow positive- and present- focused steps toward what you want that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, realistic, timely, and ecological. You don’t hang out in the past with problems; instead, you focus on resources, solutions, and one or more apparent paths to your desired future. Each single session lasts at least 30 minutes but no longer than 60 minutes and takes place either on Zoom or by phone.

Three Follow Ups

You’re welcome to book as many single sessions as you like. Kris recommends scheduling a session whenever you feel the need for a tune-up, rather than committing to regular appointments as you might with a therapist.

After a coaching session, it’s common for new thoughts or insights to emerge for both you and Kris. A Follow Up — by email or a brief phone call — offers a chance to check in and share any updates or progress. You can schedule Follow Ups like you did an appointment.

Fee for Services

Each coaching session lasts 30 to 60 minutes and costs twenty-five dollars. As a retired professional, Kris offers coaching still because she genuinely enjoys and benefits from the process and mindset.

Rather than paying Kris directly, please consider making a $25 donation to your favorite non-religious and non-political charity. If you don’t have a preferred organization, you’ll find a list of suggested charities below. Alternatively, if you’d rather not make the donation yourself, you can pay Kris the $25 fee, and she will donate it on your behalf. Ask her about this option during your appointment.
